From Open to Global: Preparing a New POlicymaking Generation for China

The role of education for public policy makers is becoming increasingly important around the world.  With the growing presence of China within the international arena, future public policy in the country will largely depend on country’s ability to train a new generation of policy makers.  As part of the UNU Midday Forum Programme, Professor Lan Xue, Dean of the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University in Beijing, will discuss and elaborate on this topic, preparing a new policy making generation for China.
